Healthy Artichoke Dip with Spinach & Yogurt

Artichoke dip, a timeless appetizer, offers countless variations. While many traditional recipes rely on mayonnaise and copious amounts of cheese, I’ve chosen to elevate this dip’s nutrition by incorporating yogurt.

Although any plain yogurt suffices, full-fat Greek yogurt yields the most sumptuous texture and delivers the benefits of healthy fats and extra protein. Moreover, with its abundant artichokes and spinach, this dip provides a substantial dose of fiber and a bonus serving of veggies.

This wholesome artichoke dip can be enjoyed either hot or cold, and you can conveniently prepare it in advance, storing it in the refrigerator for up to three days to streamline your kitchen routine.
